Journals or Albums!

Hello!
How are you today!
Well I have been designing some covers for different types of notebooks!
They were done using mostly cardboard, brown papers and some embellishment made with air drying clay and moulds.

This is my Essential Oils Journal.  Need to do a Title still!  The background we used
brown paper that we emboss, the gears and clocks using cardboard, packaging and then
die cuts, the keys and other embellishment, using air dry clay, the buttons are from glue.

The elastic around the notebook was a broken hairband.

Open two hole pass one part of the band through the another hole and glue them.
I also reinforce it with some double side tape (strong one).  When you cover
the back you take the of the double side tape.

Prayer Journal, title Faith. The background is from brown paper.

I cut the cat shapes and glue them, I usually do this when I have some papers leftovers. For the background also.
Still have to make the Title for my Journal. Usually they are cut by hand, is easier & quicker!

This is the back cover.

This is a journal I made to lose some weight & exercise more, so I stamp a ribbon to
look like a measurement tape.
The pocket is for having inside little post , star to paste on my page when I have done poor, good, excellent!
hope you have enjoy this Ideas!
See you soon!

Cut, cut & cut for a Wedding!

Well I promise the stuff I made with Silhouette Cameo!
And here it is.
Many of the design were created by me, some others were using free royalty images (you can find them in the web), other from SC Design Store.
Wow I have learn so much doing this Vintage Wedding cards.
How the story begin? Well, the groom saw some laser cut tree cards and he love it ( very masculine) but the  bride wanted something more in the romantic side, but when we saw the price of the laser cut card, we faint...taking in consideration that they were going to need some 110 invitations or more! post signature

So me...crazy like always, came  to the rescue, and told them  that I could make it  using my cutting machine!  And to make it better me & my big mouth  said: This would be my wedding gift!
This is my pocket card, the tree purchase from SCDesign Store, the shape of the
envelope card was made by me,as the heart in the middle (romantic).
This is an open one.

I have a lot of work but  I learn how not to do them wrong (the hard way), but at the end everybody love them, never had seeing wedding cards like that and over all was a good experience!

This is how it looks close.  This one was the more masculine type. I am getting marry too, you know!

This was other design I purchase from SCDesign Store, but altered it with heart leaf and
some love birdies in the top right & bottom right.
The envelope card design is the same that the other.
The back

Here is how the look in the inside both.
This is another type I made using here Graphic 45 papers, this was for a
very special little girl that love cats!
Here with the invitation, reception, map, and RSVP.
Even this is not cutting, this was the background where the invitations were on.  The invitations are printed in vellum. We decide to makes this background by hand, stamped and painted.
I am uploading some of the background, all are different, so you can have an idea.

To be honest I think I should make another post, but because is wedding, here is how we decorate the beer glass of the grooms & bride bridesmaids & best man.

They were personalised for each one.  All were cut in vinyl using Silhouette Cameo machine.y  The letters and design like I wrote before came some from me & the web.  That is why I think this machine is one of the best.
You can design and make it very personal, like we did here.  And every glass has the name of the owner.

Butterflies!

The Bride

I forgot to take the pictures of all.

The groom.

Also we design the little champagne bottle label and chocolates. Jajajaj forgot to take those pictures!
Hope you  have enjoy  this post!

Christmas When is Hot?

Hello everyone!post signature
Still fighting with my camera...
I really need to improve my photographic skills!
They are bad! jajajajaj But that doesn't stop me, because you can NEVER GIVE UP!
perseverance is the key!
Here  are some of my last year Christmas Cards, I wasn't here so I couldn't post them before.

I used a Silhouette Cameo for this. I love that machine. I can say that I am becoming an expert on it! Weeeeee!!! So if you a query, be brave and ask me!
I have a lot of practising doing wedding cards and wedding gifts so I got a lot of hour of experience now ...jajajaja and by the way, I do not have any association with the distributors or whoever sold this machine.
Much talking here are some cards I made...and some of them were even design by me! Wow...I come a long way baby!

I change the design to make it a card by itself!

This card was done using little leftover papers from Graphic 45 & others paper pads, the center
was made with 3 scarps of papers, i made this to prove myself that you can do a card with scraps.

This is an envelope I made from 2 paper scarps.

Love how it looks, and was for a Birthday card!

This is a digital card using Daisytrail.

This is an example of another tag-card made with little scarps from Graphic 45.

This is using the Nutcracker from Graphic 45, the box was cut with the cameo also the letters.

The poinsettias were mad also with the Cameo, then glue together. And the best is that it
folds flat!

I am still missing the pictures of the card the more complicates one...wonder where they are, well, if I dont find those, I will be making new ones soon!.
Cu
Take care and have a great heatwave!
PD: I found some of them! Weeeee! Oh The more intricates ones are missing!

Using scallops and circles

In the SC design program I unite 3 scallops to make this card,

A bag design card, Outside.

Inside.  I have already this template only pass it to SCDesign program and cut it.
For this one I purchase a vinyl background from Silhouette Cameo Design Store
and design it like a card and add Silent Night in Spanish and the flourish.

This one is base in the logo of Apple, and it is for a Apple fan or fanatic I must say!

Take care and enjoy the heatwave!
